2. Ambient temperature for charging the battery: O°C - 40°C, Ambient temperature for using the battery: -20°C - 40°C, never use or store batteries in high temperatures. This may affect or shorten the battery life.
3. When charging with the charging hub, make sure the charging contact of the battery is on the same side as the status indicators.
4. It is recommended to use the fast charging hub with a 12V 3A power adapter. Using a power supply with more than 12V 3A will not increase the charging speed and may have unforeseeable consequences. If less than 12V 3A, simultaneous charging may not work properly and charging time may be prolonged.
5. Please carefully check the condition of the battery cap and rubber ring seal before use. If damaged, the waterproof performance of the camera may be affected.
6. It is strictly prohibited to use batteries that are not officially from Insta360. If you need to replace the battery, please buy it from Insta360 official website or verified dealers. Insta360 is not responsible for battery accidents and device failures caused by using batteries that are not officially from Insta360.
