The Cokin NUANCES Extreme Reverse Graduated ND Filters allow the photographer to preserve shadow detail while capturing a sharp solar star while enhancing the plastic detail in the clouds. Reversing the filter gradient gives the photo a more natural graduated look that is not possible with a standard graduated filter.

The Cokin NUANCES Extreme Reverse Graduated ND are therefore the specialists for sunrises and sunsets where the sun is already completely above the horizon. By placing the darkest part of the filter in the center and letting it "run out" upwards into the sky, you get a natural graduated look and better exposure control in the critical areas.

NUANCES Extreme filters are the most advanced filters COKIN has ever developed and produced. The filters are based on the latest and most modern technologies and are coated with nanoparticle alloys and made of highly resistant, ultra-transparent mineral glass. They meet the needs of demanding photographers for high-resolution images with breathtaking color neutrality. We call them Extreme because of their durability, but also because of their ease of use in extreme conditions. Rounded corners and a special coating make it easier to insert the filters into the holder. Even under extreme lighting conditions, tones and colors are reproduced without color shifts and lens flares are prevented. Full ND filters and graduated ND filters can also be stacked without color or light distortion.
